Here is the report from The Dallas Morning News Bryant Purvis was charged with misdemeanor assault and released from the Denton County Jail early Thursday morning after posting bond. Mr. Purvis one of the black teens known as the Jena Six was accused of choking and pushing Christopher Jones because he believed Mr. Jones had vandalized his car. All the tires on Purvis car were flattened and he duffed out the first person that was accused. His mother said that the family is still stressed out over the Jena Six situation. Here s how the local FOX affiliate is reporting this tragedy An year old girl has given birth in a case that has shocked social workers. Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services spokesman Brian Gregg tells FOX that no one in their department can remember such a young girl giving birth.
